An initial consultation will take place at your home during which the owner agrees to disclose any behavior and or health problems. we can then arrange and confirm the booking. Upon confirmation  a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required. The key will also be required.

The owner agrees to accept liability for any loss or damage caused by the dog/dogs whilst being walked or visited

All medication should be clearly labelled and full instructions given.

Food and sundries are expected to last for the duration of the booking. If we need to replenish them the owner will be  liable to a surcharge.

In the unlikely event of your pet becoming unwell we will ensure that vetinary attention is sought, from the animals usual vet if possilble. The owners agree to pay any vetinary fees incurred  by ourselves. Emergency vetinary visits will be charged at £17.50 per hour.

In case of an emergency we will endeavour to contact you or a nominated third party. If we cannot we reserve the right to make decisions regarding emergency vetinary treatment or similar.

Dog walking is to include feeding and watering if necessary if there is more than one dog please add  £2.50 per dog

Bank holiday visits will be charged at an extra 50%

Full payment must be made weekly

Regular users will be issued a weekly invoice.

Occasional users will be issued with an invoice on each visit 

The owner agrees to inform us upon return and agrees to pay for any additional services rendered due to their return being delayed.

Security benefits can only be booked with another service per day
